Participation Terms & Safety Rules

Participation in Hikers Hellas activities requires the full and unconditional acceptance of the following terms, which are based on the Tyrol Declaration of September 2002 regarding best practice and ethics in mountain sports.

⚖️ Personal Responsibility & Safety

Each participant acknowledges that hiking and mountaineering involve risks to physical safety. By taking part, each participant responsibly declares that:

Acceptance of Risk:
They are aware of the requirements and potential risks involved in the activity and personally assume responsibility for their own safety.

Skills & Equipment:
They have the required knowledge, experience, and necessary equipment for the specific activity.

Waiver of Claims:
They waive any claims against both the organiser and the activity coordinator.

Minors:
For participants under the age of 18, full and exclusive responsibility lies with their accompanying adult.
